My name is Aaron Halko, and I was born into a family-owned construction company in Ohio, and this is where I established my roots in the construction industry. From that, I have always had a passion for playing in the dirt and building things. At a young age, I always thought it was fascinating how my father and his crew could do anything. I would watch them do everything from clearing the site, all the way to a finished-built structure. Once I was old enough to physically start working, I joined the crew on my summer vacations from school and eventually worked my way up to having my own crew to lead.

When I graduated from high school, I enrolled at the University of Akron in Ohio and pursued a degree in mechanical engineering, graduated and started working at General Electric. Working corporate was okay, for a while, but eventually I knew I wanted to start my own company, the way my father had. The rest, as they say, is history.
